National Bike Week (14th-22nd June)

A*STARS Design a bike competition (3rd-20th June)

To mark National Bike Week, Walsall Road Safety Team has joined forces with local bike shops to offer a great competition. Pupils from all A*STARS schools are invited to enter the “Design a Bike” competition. We’re asking pupils to forget the traditional bicycle design and start with a blank page. Using plenty of colour and imagination, what will the next bike look like? Closing date for entries is Friday, 20th June.

2019 A*STARS Inter Schools Quiz

Congratulations to Woodlands Academy of Learning, winner of the A*STARS inter-school quiz.

Pupils from around 20 primary schools went head to head in the 10th annual A*STARS Inter Schools Quiz.

Congratulations to St Michael's CE Primary- 2014 A*STARS Quiz Winners!

Pupils from 14 A*STARS primary schools went head to head in the 5th annual Key Stage 2 A*STARS Quiz.

72 pupils from years 4/5 had won earlier rounds at their schools and competed against each other in the annual quiz held at Walsall Town Hall.

Bike Week 2014 Update

Thanks to all everyone who entered the ‘Design a bike’ competition. We have had hundreds of entries already and they are still arriving thick and fast!

There are some amazing designs and it’s going to be a really hard to select the winners.
