Walk to School Week 2019

As you may know 20th – 25th May 2019 is Walk to School Week, with this year’s campaign asking children across Walsall to join us in completing a travel to school diary.

For each day that children walk, scoot or cycle all or part of their journey they can place a tick next to that day. For all children that achieve 5 ticks by the end of the week, they can be placed in a prize draw to win an A*STARS goodie bag (KS1 winner & KS2 Winner)

All schools will have resources sent out to the week beginning 29th April 2019. Please let us know if you have not received these by the end of that week.

Don’t forget to record participating numbers on your action plan and within the ‘evaluation box’ the numbers of children that walk / scoot / cycle all 5 days.  Also once the initiative is completed please remember to mark this activity as complete.
